On Friday, February 6th 2009, five dynamic individuals came together to charter the first ever undergraduate line of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. in the entire Northwest of the campus of Eastern Washington University in the middle of the multi-purpose room also known as the MPR at 12:05pm along with one gracious sweetheart. The founders include Corey Franklin, Willie Butler, Elyne, Denzel Johnson, Tim Butler, and Miss Amanda Simington. Soon to follow of the footsteps of these men, two more dynamic individuals and one gracious sweetheart took the next step to join the Eta Iota, David McElroy, Christopher Bacon and Miss Kanisha Calcote. To end the first year as a new Chapter, Miss Susana Kang became Eta Iota’s third Sweetheart. |
